Diane Robertson holds an IPSC (Institute of Personnel Service Consultants) Affiliate membership with APSO (regulatory governing body for personnel consultancies). She has 13 years working experience, spending the latter 11 years within recruitment and resourcing consultant capacities.

She currently holds the position of Resourcing Manager within ModusBPS, she is responsible for managing the HR competency of the business and is focussed predominantly within the sourcing and recruitment of IT personnel within the following areas:
• Software Development
• Business Process and System Analysis
• Management Consulting
• Project & Programme Management
• IT Architecture – covering business process, information, applications, systems, infrastructure and data
• Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management
• ERP system specialists (SAP, ORACLE, JD Edwards, Axapta, Navision etc)
• Infrastructure support - IT hardware and networking
