Yasmin Kara-Warren

Yasmin has combined operational and strategic experience in Banking, Mining, Telecommunication and within the Utility Industries. She possess sound business principles, in successfully developing and implementing business process re-engineering solutions within major, national, service related environments.

Yasmin has managed and was involved in a broad range of projects relating to the identification of business requirements, extensive process design, implementation and monitoring processes/procedures such as Change Management, Incident Management, Procurement/Supply Chain Management, SLA and Contract Management, Human Resources, Strategic Business Direction and management concerns. She has represented the end-to-end Supplier Management and Procurement modules in the business framework and architecture.

She is experienced in value chain development and rollout as well as in the implementation of continuous business improvement methodologies

She further possesses knowledge of IT and Business processes, training and implementation thereof, including the application and formulation of a globally accepted IT and Business Process Framework and Architecture.

Yasmin is proficient in the utilization of ARIS, VISIO, COOL STUFF and BPSIM Toolset through designing and simulating business processes. Further to this she has knowledge and understanding of the RUP tools and methodology as well as design and implementation of the ITIL Methodology and processes.
