Dubai – National Labour
National Labour (NL), a subsidiary company of Al Naboodah Construction Group (ANCG), based in UAE Dubai, is responsible for managing the labour workforce for ANCG. NL is responsible for managing around 30 000 labourers per day which includes the following:
- Managing the recruitment and induction of labourers
- Managing all operational processes, including Human Resources, Administration and Camp Management, such as:
- Feeding all labourers 3 times a day
- Transportation to and from sites, airports, town and camps
- Arranging flights for labourers to and from their home countries
- Managing Sub-Contractors
- Managing Health and Safety.
Previously, the labour force was managed by individual sub divisions of ANCG. This led to multiple processes and documentation for completing the same tasks.
NL has taken over this responsibility in its entirety and solicited ModusBPS to assist with an exercise of modeling the entire business architecture.
This will enable NL, not only to understand their own business, but also to identify opportunities for, amongst other things, improvement, standardization and automation of their processes.
Once NL has selected a system, ModusBPS will document the system architecture. Thereafter, by integrating the business and system architectures, a final business specific solution architecture will improve the way business is performed at NL.
