Nigeria – Central Bank of Nigeria

The Central Bank of Nigeria is based in the capital city Abuja. ModusBPS was approached to assist with the design and re-engineering of business process within the bank. Our approach to Object Oriented modeling was agreed upon and Oracle (as the preferred ERP system of choice) was documented. Business Processes was designed around the use and functionality of Oracle use in the bank.

End-to-End processes, Levels 1 to 4 were signed off across Financial, Human Resources and Procurement business domains
