Pharma Natura

ModusBPS was called in to provide analytical services to model the Pharma Natura Supply Chain process. The aim of the analysis was to contextualise the various internal processes that have a direct SYSPRO requirement and string these processes together to best articulate the end to end Supply Chain. In these efforts the key objective was to identify various process improvement opportunities and SYSPRO configuration improvements.
