Qatar – Al Jaber Construction and Trading

Based in Doha, Qatar, Al Jaber Construction and Trading – JTC – is one of the largest construction entities in Qatar. Its IT management is outsourced to eMediaNet, http://www.emedianet.net/, a company that, amongst other things, brought IP TV to the Middle East.

After presenting the ModusBPS Solution Architecture, which has proven to be a great success to many companies thus far, eMediaNet management requested that we go on a journey with them to help improve the manner in which JTC manages its day to day business by using our Model Driven approach.

We are currently at a stage where business processes have already been identified and documented. ModusBPS engages with senior staff from many other JTC sister companies, exploring new possibilities in the construction market, and helping others to identify better ways and improving the manner in which they perform their daily tasks.
